What is included with every plan?
cPanel, free SSL, daily website backups, email accounts, databases, and Softaculous one-click apps (including WordPress). Exact storage and limits depend on the plan you choose.
Where are the servers?
Hosting is in Johannesburg on SSD infrastructure, so your website and email stay close to South African visitors.
Are hosting backups the same as Remote Backup?
No. Hosting plans include daily backups of your website. Remote Backup is a separate service for office files, workstations, servers, and Microsoft 365.
Can you migrate my existing website?
Yes. Contact us with your current host details and we will help move websites, email, and domains onto Webit-SA.
Is there a long contract?
No. Hosting is month-to-month. Scale up when you grow without being locked into a multi-year deal.
What about email and PHP?
Plans include mailbox hosting with webmail and IMAP/POP/SMTP access. Modern PHP versions are available through cPanel so you can run current WordPress and web apps.
